Philosophy
Much before Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) was thrust upon corporates, it was already embedded into the foundation of Perfect Group’s core value systems.
Beginning as early as the 1990s, our founder Shri R.A. Kila recognized that business enterprises draw and build on resources extracted from the society and therefore an individual’s and company’s performance must also be measured by their contribution to building not just economic capital but also social capital.
Perfect Group has advocated social responsibility beyond the cheque book. By focusing on building the vocational abilities of the under-privileged and
empowering them with skills and mentorship, the Group has been promoting entrepreneurship in a major way.
The key areas for CSR programs are education and health. As a professionally driven Group, the attention to education comes automatically, and coming from the villages of Rajasthan, where medical facilities are inadequate, health is an immediate priority.
Perfect Foundation and Perfect Institute of Research and Development are institutes dedicated for pushing forward the cause of health, literacy and vocational education.
