Perfect Group is a well-diversified conglomerate providing premium services in the sectors of Financial Supermarkets, Infrastructure Development and Consultancy Services.
Established in 1985, under the aegis of Shri R.A. Kila, the Group began its operations as a corporate advisory firm, specialising in the field of accountancy and taxation. The firm currently handles thousands of retail as well as corporate clients.
The Nineties saw the genesis of Perfect Finance, when the Group picked up managing stake in a vehicle showroom. This investment also opened the door of retail financing opportunities to the Group, and such was the response that showroom was hived off to concentrate on the financing business. The finance companies were incorporated and registered as NBFCs with the Reserve Bank of India. Over the past decade and a half, the Group has emerged as the leader in the private vehicle finance market grabbing a dominant market share having financed over 50,000 vehicles from company’s owned funds. The service network spans showrooms across manufacturers and dealers reaching out the length and breadth of Delhi. The rapid growth of the finance division has prompted the Group into entering the commercial three-wheeler, used car and consumer finance segment with very encouraging results.
The insurance division was envisioned to handle the insurance needs of the Group’s retail and corporate advisory clientele, for both the general and the life segment. Over the past few years the division has seen tremendous action and has become an integral part of Group’s future plans as an individual profit centre.
Perfect Research, the capital markets advisory arm of the Group, manages the promoters’ portfolio, along with providing consultancy services like fund raising, liasioning etc. to business associates and clients. The primary objective of the division is to continually find rewarding investment avenues for the Group in the equity markets, both domestic and foreign, through extensive research and deduction of market events in the global economic environment.
The initiative is personally looked into by the senior management, which has an extensive understanding of equity markets along with decades of experience in the field.
The past decade saw the Group extend its reach beyond the financial supermarkets, by picking up management stake in a C.K. Birla insulation venture, and restructuring it. Oasis Insulation, as it is known today, has been a premier engineering & contracting company specialised in executing turn-key contracts of Thermal Insulation Systems, Polyurethane form anti-corrosive treatments for underground pipes and water proofing treatment.
All through the years of business prowess, the management has not forgotten its humble beginnings. Perfect Foundation is the CSR initiative of the Group, which regularly organises and participates in blood donation and calliper camps.

Mr. R.A Kila, Founder Chairman has been the cornerstone and architect in framing the current structure of the Group. His experiences span across diverse engagements in multiple industries and have provided a leading edge to the Group. With his vast entrepreneurial knowledge, in less than 3 decades Perfect Group has become a diversified business house that offers a broad spectrum of services to its clients. He continues to spearhead the entire Group and incubate new business ideas.
He is on the board of several reputed companies.
He is also actively engaged in various social causes at city as well as national level. Some prominent positions that he holds and awards that he has won include:
- Founder, Perfect Foundation and Perfect Institute of Research and Development, institutes dedicated for pushing forward the cause of literacy.
- President (2014-15) Rotary Club of Delhi, Vasant Valley
- Awarded, India Imaan Samman, 2013, by Aavishkar Media Group for his role in providing active support to the disabled and promoting vocational education. This award is to honour and express gratitude to those personalities who are playing a role of catalyst in the development of India in various fields. It creates a platform for interaction between these social reformers and media industry at one-to-one level where they can share their story and contributions to society to inspire the fellow countrymen

Mr. Vinod Kila is the Chief Advisor to the Group. He looks after the overall financial planning and spearheads the Corporate Advisory arm. He has been instrumental in guiding the Group into the position of financial strength.
Mr. Vinod Kila is actively engaged in social causes. He was Former President of the All India Marwari Yuva Manch (South
Delhi Branch). He also plays an integral role in all the social initiatives of the Group, leveraging his association with numerous NGO’s such as Lion’s club Alaknanda, Bharat Vikas Parishad, Club, Rajasthan Mitra Parishad, Rajasthan Ratnakar etc. that he holds key positions in.

The management team comprises of a diversified mix of professionals and industry experts, holding key positions on the boards of leading businesses and also provides advisory services to top industrial groups across the country.
Ashish Kila
Director

Ashish spearheads the Investment Management division of the Group. He also looks at long term strategic business initiatives for all verticals. .
Prior to joining Perfect Group, Ashish has worked in research roles such as Research Associate at Morgan Stanley India, Lead Research Analyst at Religare Securities, and Business Analyst at Goldman Sachs. During his stint with these leading investment banks, Ashish has done extensive research on listed Indian companies across various industries.
Ashish speaks regularly on various capital market forums at ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) conferences, MDI Gurgaon, Investor Forums such as IIF, ISG, NIRC, Value Investing discussions. His work is regularly featured in leading national publications such as Business Standard, Money Today etc. He is also a regular participant at leading share market conferences such as ValueX, October Quest, Flame Investment Lab.
He also takes active interest in the social initiatives of the Group, and is currently the Vice President of All India Marwari Yuva Manch.
Aperna Kila

Aperna is a part of the Financial Services division of the Group. She takes interest in new business initiatives and on setting up alternate lines of financing for the Group. Aperna is at the forefront of the technological developments, integrating new age methods and processes with the old school.
Prior to working with Perfect Group, Aperna has been engaged in various roles such as Research Analyst at McKinsey & Co., Investment Banking Intern/ Associate at Ernst & Young, Nuevo Asia Advisors – Singapore, running Corporate Debt Restructuring, M&A deal for family owned paper manufacturing company.
Aperna is also actively engaged in the social initiatives of the Group and looks into the activities of Perfect Foundation.
Anish Kila

Anish manages the Financial Services portfolio for the Group. He also looks after the real estate investments and new business initiatives.Prior to joining Perfect Group, Anish worked at Corporate Assurance Team at Essar Group, where he looked after the formulation and implementation of best practices of the major verticals.
Anish is a sports enthusiast and likes spending his spare time playing cricket, golf and squash.
He also actively participates in the social initiatives of the Group, and is the Joint secretary of All India Marwari Yuva Manch, South Delhi Branch.
Amit Kila
Director
B.Com | MBA, SIER, Rajasthan
Amit is a part of the Financial Services division of the Group. He actively looks into daily functioning of the retail finance arm and monitors its proceedings. He has been instrumental in bringing focus onto client interface and direct sales division.
Previously he has been part of the business setup in Churu, Rajasthan, where he was looking into garments trading and retailing venture.
He is an avid cricket fan and food enthusiast.
